WEEK 1 - WEEK 4

Lecture 1 : Introduction to the module

Week 1 | 24/08/2020

Today is the first lecture and we were briefed on the 3 projects of this module. First one is the research proposal. We are require to select a research topic within the realms of multi media, art and design and visual culture in which we are interested to study in.

We have no class for today due to holiday, so we have to watch the video that are uploaded in Microsoft Teams and continue to come out with problem statement.

FEEDBACK  

The feedback are given every week to make sure that we all are on the right track and to update our weekly progression.

Week 2 :

1. Your intention is to come out with compare and contrast between these apps
2. This topic is more towards to mass communication so we can’t see the deliverable ( as a role of designer)
3. Search more article that discuss about this topic.

Week 3 :

1. Still cannot see the issue that related to creative media.
2. Can refer to samples of pass research proposal to see what they do about mobile application instead of searching of how to solve the problem of spam calls.
3. Ms Hayati suggest me to come out with the compare and contrast between these apps, to see what is  their features and to see how can they apps can be improve. To see what is the useful feature in each applications and try to think and to come out with my own idea.
4. Try to look for more article that are discuss about this topic.
5. Ms Hayati also suggest me to download two or three apps to see it the app really works.

Week 4 :

1. The solution is to study the existing of the mobile application. Perhaps, the topic can be rephrase to study the mobile application instead of using “Calls from unknown numbers”.numbers”.
2. The last paragraph of the problem statement must indicate how this research will benefit your existing intended things to achieve.
3. Refer to week two lecture notes.
4. Major problem is the references, need to find article that discuss about this particular topic to benefit the user.
5. Find two or more article to support.
