Lecture :

1. Draft Dissertation due on 9th May, the end of week 6.

Consultation :

Section 2 Literature review feedback :

1. Don’t list the title, make it in paragraph to have an introduction. (2.1, 2.2, 2.3)

2. References not put in section 2, put it all in “Reference list”

3. Don’t use the word “overview”, change another word.

Section 3 Methodology feedback :

1. indicate all the images (Fig 1.1, Fig 1.2 so on).

2. In section 3.4.1, have to mention about the figure to let the reader understand.

Section 4 Findings feedback :

1. Indicate your table (Fig 1.0 Fig 1.1 and so on)

2. “Conclusion” change to “Over summary of findings”

Section 7.0 Reference list feedback :

1. not just reference list, there should be bibliography.

Section 8.0 Appendices

1. Indicate all the images.

Public Holiday :

1. watch recorded lecture

2. start to look for references, typefaces and the design for the book

3. Use the whole DD to create PDF and e-book.

Week 8 :

Week 9 :

Consultation :

1. Try to use no copyright image or, make some changes on the chosen image

2. The title “Calls from Unknown” can be more interesting to play around with the typeface

3. Some of images in the content have to be relevant to the topic

4. come out with infographic instead of capture the chart from google form

Week 10 :

Lecture :

1. pdf file is expected to uploaded on drive next week

Consultation :

1. The book cover and the title is good, but the author name typeface and placement need to change.

2. Need to credit the owner if you’re using copyright image

3. Play around with the margin and column to create different layouts for pages.

4. The text layout might looks a bit too consistent, try to make some design for the headline and body text as well as the images.

5. In appendix, make the images and layout consistent and neat
